Research Interests

I was trained in Mathematics and Computer Science, with a special interest in Computational Biology. In the ISBL I'm working on a project that investigates the impact of climate change on the alternative splicing mechanism in coral reef fish by using genome-wide computational approaches based on Next-Generation Sequencing datasets. These environmental changes include increased water temperatures or decreased water pH, in which the fish were raised. ‚Äč
